We review each product before it goes live.
You receive bookings and keep managing your own guests.

What it costs

There is no listing fee and no monthly fee. The marketplace takes a 15% commission on bookings, and nothing when you have none.

The customer pays the €75 online when booking. The remaining €425 is paid to you directly, under your own booking conditions. The marketplace never holds money that belongs to you.

Identity and documents

These confirm that the person applying is real and is entitled to act for the business. Documents are stored privately, are never shown on your public profile, and are never served over the web — only a marketplace administrator reviewing your application can open them.

Full legal name of the person applying * Photo ID — passport or national ID * JPEG, PNG or PDF, up to 8 MB. Photographs of the document are fine as long as the name and photo are legible. Business registration * The document that shows the business is registered — a trade register extract, patente, or equivalent. JPEG, PNG or PDF, up to 8 MB. Insurance certificate (optional) Not required to apply, but it is checked during verification where the activity calls for it.

Submitting an application does not create a listing. Nothing goes live until your business is verified and your products are approved.
