What this platform is

Surf Camp Morocco is a booking marketplace. Every experience listed here is run by an independent local business. We do not operate any of them.

Your contract for the stay itself is with that supplier, not with this marketplace. The supplier is responsible for delivering the experience and for the standards applied on the ground. You are given their name and contact details as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Booking and deposit

You pay a 15% deposit online to confirm a booking. That deposit is the platform's commission. The remaining 85% is paid directly to the supplier on arrival.

The price shown on a listing is the total price. The commission is already inside it and no separate booking fee is added at checkout. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation, not when payment is submitted.

Cancellation and refunds

Each listing shows its own free-cancellation window. Cancel inside that window and the deposit is refunded; cancel outside it and it is not. You can check or cancel a booking at any time from the manage-booking page.

The platform can only refund the part it actually holds, which is the deposit. The balance is between you and the supplier under the cancellation policy shown on their listing. If a supplier cancels on you, the deposit is refunded in full.

What is included

Each listing states its inclusions and exclusions. Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance and optional activities are not included unless the listing says so.

Surfing and risk

Surfing carries inherent risk. Guests must declare medical conditions and swimming ability in advance, follow instructor guidance, and accept that sessions may be moved, shortened or cancelled for safety. Those decisions are the supplier's to make.

Conditions and changes

Surf spots change daily with swell, wind and tide, and inland itineraries may be adjusted for weather, road conditions or safety. Suppliers are expected to deliver an equivalent experience where a plan changes.

Insurance

Travel insurance is the guest's responsibility and must cover surfing. Check adventure-sport exclusions and, for inland trips, medical repatriation.

Reviews

A review can only be written against a booking made through this site that the supplier has marked completed. Reviews that are not about the experience delivered may be removed; reviews are not removed for being unfavourable.

For suppliers

Listing requires verification, accurate availability and pricing, and honouring bookings taken through the site. Verification is not permanent: a supplier that stops meeting the standard is suspended, and suspension removes its listings from search immediately.

Behaviour

A supplier may end a stay without refund where behaviour endangers or seriously disrupts other guests or staff.
