Three houses, two villages, one coastline. Where you sleep changes the week more than most people expect, so here is the honest difference between them.
These three houses are run by the operator that founded Surf Camp Morocco. They are listed on this marketplace on the same terms as every other supplier — same verification, same commission, same review rules — and they are described here in detail because the differences between them are hard to see from a listing.
Both Taghazout houses put you inside the village, which means you can walk to a point break at dawn and check the conditions from a roof terrace with a coffee before deciding anything. The Imsouane house is an hour north on the bay, and exists because the wave there is the best learning wave in Morocco.
The Terrace House — Taghazout
The social one. A roof terrace looking down the coast where breakfast, dinner and morning yoga all happen, four-bed shared rooms and a double on each floor, and a lounge that fills up in the evening.
Bathrooms are shared between the rooms on each floor. Cafés, surf shops and the skate park are minutes away on foot, and Hash Point breaks at the edge of the village below you.
This is the base for the Surf & Sahara, Explore and Toubkal trips, and for anyone who wants the week to be sociable.

The Point House — Taghazout
The quiet one. At the northern edge of the village towards the points, with a private bathroom in every room and a wider choice of room types. Same village, considerably calmer after dark.
This is the base for the standard Surf Package, and the right choice if you want to sleep properly, surf hard and not be woken by a lounge at midnight. It is also the shorter walk if the points are working.

The Bay House — Imsouane
An hour north, above the bay in the fishing village of Imsouane. Smaller than the Taghazout houses and deliberately so — this is where groups come for the long, slow right-hander that peels across the bay below.
It works as a day trip on most packages and as an overnight for anyone who wants two mornings on that wave. The village keeps its working harbour, the fish comes off the boats at lunchtime, and the pace is noticeably slower than Taghazout.

What you get wherever you sleep
Three meals a day
Breakfast on the terrace, lunch between sessions, dinner eaten together. Vegetarians are straightforward; say in advance if your requirements are stricter and the kitchen shops for it.
Boards and wetsuits
Included for your whole stay, from high-volume soft-tops in week one to shorter shapes as you improve, plus longboards at the Imsouane house. Range of wetsuit thicknesses.
Daily spot transfers
The vans go to whichever break suits the swell, wind and tide that morning — sometimes a two-minute walk, sometimes an hour up the coast to Imsouane or Tamri.
The practical things
Wi-Fi, hot showers, secure board storage, a rinse area and somewhere to hang a wetsuit that is not your bedroom.
