About Surf Photography in Morocco

Surf photography as a bookable service means someone shoots your session — from the beach with a long lens, or in the water with a housing — and hands you the frames afterwards. It is the only way most people ever see themselves surf.

That sounds like a souvenir and is often a coaching tool. Stills catch things video review confirms: where your weight is at the bottom turn, whether your arms are doing something useful, how late you are actually standing up. Several coaches here shoot their own clients for exactly that reason.

Practically, ask what you get and when. Number of edited frames, raw files or not, delivery time, and whether the shoot is a fixed hour or your whole session. Water shots cost more than beach shots because the photographer is swimming in the same conditions you are surfing, which on a point break is real work.

Who it suits

Anyone on a milestone trip, surfers who want honest feedback on technique, and groups who want one good set of images from the week.
