About Surf Hostel in Morocco
A surf hostel is the dorm version: shared rooms, a communal kitchen, a busy terrace, and the lowest price on this coast for a bed within walking distance of the water.
The trade is privacy for cost and company. Dorms run from four to ten beds, bathrooms are shared, and the social density is the point rather than a side effect — if you are travelling alone and want the week to have people in it, a hostel does that faster than anything else.
Practical things to check: whether there are lockers, whether the dorm is mixed or single-sex, and where the boards are stored. A hostel with nowhere secure to leave a board is a hostel you will be carrying a board around.
