Worth saying plainly: surf liveaboards are common in the Maldives, Indonesia and the Mentawais, and they are rare in Morocco. The Atlantic here is a point-and-beach coast reached by road, with no offshore island chain to anchor off.
The reason is geography rather than a gap in the market. Moroccan surf breaks sit against the mainland, an hour or two apart by road, with villages and camps along the whole length of them. A boat adds cost and sea state without adding access — everything a boat could reach, a van reaches more cheaply and more comfortably. The Atlantic swell and wind that make the surf good also make sitting at anchor unpleasant.
What does exist is boat-based days rather than boat-based weeks: fishing-boat trips out of Imsouane and Essaouira harbours, and charters that run for spearfishing or coastal exploring rather than for surf. If a genuine liveaboard surf operation starts on this coast it can list here — and this page says what it is rather than implying a fleet that does not exist. For a moving trip in Morocco, a surfari is the road-based equivalent.
